TIME FOR PRINTS MODELLING

TFP - TFCD

IF YOU NEED A PORTFOLIO & YOU LIKE THE WORK OF A CERTAIN PHOTOGRAPHER, IT IS BETTER TO PAY THAT PHOTOGRAPHER FOR A PHOTO SHOOT THAN RELY ON TFP/TFCD.

BY PAYING A PHOTOGRAPHER - YOU DECIDE WHAT THE PHOTO SHOOT WILL PRODUCE.

 

 

Time for Prints modelling is another way for a model to extend their portfolio, studio and photo session experience at minimum or no cost.

 

More recently these sessions have become 'Time for CD' (TFCD) where a CD or DVD containing digital images is given to the model.

 

Instead, the photographer rewards the model for her time with pictures that can be used in her portfolio and the photographer can use the models time for a variety of purposes such as testing new equipment, lighting, experimental techniques or increasing the photographers portfolio.

 

For example a half day photo shoot usually produces around 100 images - not bad for FREE!

 

The down side of TFP for the model is that the photographer decides what the photo shoot is for and what images the model will get.

 

 

 

f8 Photo Shots does have occasional opportunities for models to work on a Time for Prints (TPF) basis.

 

Models wishing to work on a TFP basis are invited to introduce themselves and should contact f8 Photo Shots through our 'contact us' page.  Please note however that TFCD is limited!

  

When making enquiries about 'time for prints' work with f8 Photo Shots it is helpful to provide a facial/head & figure shot, your size statistics, dress size etc., and what type of modelling you are available for or wish to be considered for.

 

The general conditions applied to TFP work by f8 Photo Shots are:

 

  • No money will exchange hands between the photographer and model who will each meet their own expenses.
  • f8 Photo Shots will provide to the model a CD/DVD of the pictures taken.
  • The model is required to sign a full unrestricted model release for all images.
  • The model has full and free use of the images for portfolio and promotional purposes.
  • No commericial use of the images by the model is permitted.
